Losing weight tips #1 - Diet control and exercise

No need to spend thousands of dollars on weight loss gurus, or read up on the countless diet fads.  The basic premise for anyone – whether stay at home mom or runway supermodel – to lose weight quick is to (1) watch what you eat, and (2) expend more energy than you consume.  It is possible to lose weight quick, but you cannot do it without understanding this basic principle.  Quick diets are possible, but there is no shortcut for proper diet and exercise.
